Plainview Hands Middle School Tough Loss

The season would start up again after the Christmas break, but the majority of the middle school squad would still be on holiday on this night.  Plainview with a short bench of only 8 players (but clearly the 'right" 8) took it to the team on the ice at Bethpage rink.  Plainview would win easily 8-1 with the only goal scored by a shot hitting Massi Giammarino in the head and bouncing into the net.  John Colette would show tremendous hustle and work ethic in the loss, being names the 'Player of the Game' even in defeat.
